Walmart Bake Sale

Hello band families!
Donations of baked goods, water bottles and volunteers needed!
We will be having a bake sale fundraiser at the WalMart on Unser Blvd. on Saturday, June 17th from 9-4. Please reply to this email and let us know which time slot you can attend and what goodies you can bring with you! Baked items that will not melt in the heat would be best. This is an amazing opportunity to gain some funds into our general account if we get enough support!
We also need students with instruments and color guard members with flags. It would be great to have groups for each time slot. You are always welcome to stay for more than one slot!
Time slots:
9:00-11:00
11:00-1:00
1:00-4:00 (Any time in there would be great!)
Please be sure to bring water and sunscreen as it will be hot out there.
If you happen to have any shade canopies we can use that day, they would be much appreciated!
